Help I'm lost in Adobe hell!

Simple question and no one has an answer...at least not a live person on the phone, an hour wasted trying, ended up here. Wanted to become an Adobe customer, but clearly adobe doesn't want me as they can not provide a single person who can answer a simple question. But I rarely give up...chances of me becoming a paying Adobe customer? Diminishing by the second. Odds of me letting my Social Network about my experience? Growing exponentially by the second. Never have known a company that drives away potential customers even before they can become customers...LOL

Here's the deal. This website: tnsenate.com (Home | Tennessee Senate Republican Caucus) is currently hosted through Adobe on some kind of Business Catalyst something or another. As a Bluehost customer, a Network Solutions Customer, and a GoDaddy customer, I am familiar with a variety of different ways of managing hosting options....

ALL I want to know is what plan can I purchase and what help can I expect in moving the site from where it is to my new account (in theory, if I had an account) what is the best way to proceed. How is that a difficult question, and why, in the four different people I have called at Adobe can no one answer this simple question?

Ok, the last dude I spoke to, and boy was he hard to understand, said, believe me, post in the forum and you will get an answer.... ok. GO.....
