Watermark Panel 2.2.3 in CC 2014

I managed to install the Watermark Panel v 2.2.3 in Adobe Photoshop CC 2014.

I don't see it anywhere inside of Photoshop.

I've tried installing using the fully automated installer and the alternative method.

From Photoshop (after restarting) Window > Extensions

nothing.
