after I wrote you, to cancel one of my accounts, is now the trial-version active again. it's very strange. should i log in with another account? it's a little bit complicated.

Hi Anna
You currently have 2 Creative Cloud memberships under one Adobe ID.
Your existing membership was charged on 25th November and a new membership was created on the same date so you've been charged for that also.
I will cancel the most recent membership and process a refund.
