The school district should be providing more information about how to accomplish this. It is not right that you need to purchase the software or the computers, that should be a responsibility of your employer, the school district. There is a discount program for students/teachers and even for non-profit organizations that could help with the purchase of the software.
Since there will be numerous software licenses in effect your school district needs to provide guidance as to what can and cannot be done. If an uninformed teacher performs an act that is prohibited by the software license, then the school district could be liable for the action and responsible for paying the damages. For example the U.S. military just paid 50 million U.S. Dollars to a software company because the Department of Defense used some custom logistics software licensed for 500 computers on several thousand systems.
There should also need to be instruction on how to integrate the various pieces of software and how the user can modify and program as needed the software.
Then there will be the issues of what the students can and cannot do with the school district provided computers.
