Unfortunately Muse does not have a native feature that can accomplish this effect. I just tried tinkering with accordions on mobile renditions and I have been unsuccessful in producing the effect.
Since this is a common design pattern I will take note of it. If you could still make a post about the feature request in our "Ideas" section of our forums we would greatly appreciate it.
