I agree with Leo. Here is an example for the ACL setting for the relevant node:
Principal : everyone
Type : Deny
Privileges : jcr:read
then for the group you would like the same node to be visible:
Principal : YOUR_GROUP
Type : Allow
Privileges : jcr:read,jcr:write
