We have a combination of:
- Acrobat Pro 10.0.0
- Acrobat Pro 11.0.06
- Acrobat Pro 11.0.07
- Reader 10.1.3
One of the reviewers just upgraded from Reader 10.1.3 (which is what our IT department pushes out to our computers) to Reader 11.0.7 and said he is no longer experiencing the problem.
Could it be that the reviewers are using Reader 10.... and not 11...?
Is the solution to upgrade reviewers to Reader 11.0.7?
