Is it still on your old machine? If so then Launch the PSE editor and then go to:
Help >> Product Registration
Try to register the product using the email you have access to and then see whether the serial numbers is transferred on to Adobe servers using this method. You can check this by logging in to the account using the Email you just used to register the product. Hopefully you should get the product serial number from the Adobe servers. No promises but worth a try and you might also get a prompt of which email you have used to register the product before (assuming you did register the product).
Also note that Activation is not the same as Product Registration. Activation is mandatory; Product Registration is voluntary.
