I would like some advice is possible please.
I would like to move to electronic forms in my department and have the following scenario:
I have a database full of client information
I have review/target form which a member of staff fills out with the client every 8-12 weeks
I would like the client information to pre-populate the form and then distribute to the cloud for access by staff.
Staff would the access the forms via an app like pdf expert which allows you to download and complete the form in areas with no WiFi.
I would then like the staff to upload the completed forms back to the cloud
I would then like to populate the client information with the latest review/target information so the data can be use for the next review.
Is there anyway I can achieve this using adobe tools. I like the PDF expert app simply because the form looks exactly like it does on paper. cost is obviously always an issue as I would like to achieve he above using an android device.
Any pointers/help would be much appreciated
