Hi Bobbie512,

 

When you sign up for an Adobe subscription, you need to be signed in to the Adobe Store for your country and have an email/mailing address that's valid in that country. You can check to see what Adobe Store you're logged in to by logging in the Adobe.com and looking in the lower-left corner. Click Change Region, if necessary, to change to the appropriate country.
