I am getting the following error when I try to access a web viewer folio uploaded earlier today: "The download service is experiencing technical difficulties. Please try again in a few minutes." I have never gotten this error before, and it has been doing this for more than two hours.
The folio in question is PNG based and all of the articles are marked as "free" in it and in the related iOS folios, also published earlier today. It is designated as a "Content Viewer for Web Only" folio.
When I test the social media feature with Facebook I receive the same message, but following Facebook's share link (box and arrow) I am given the option of opening the article in the client's viewer application, and the article opens just fine.
So it appears that the social media links are working but for some reason the web viewer folio won't download into a browser.
Earlier editions are working just fine.
Could this error be caused by something I did (or did not do)? Or should I just be patient and give it a few more hours? Hate to go through the entire weekend with no functioning web viewer.
