thank you for taking the time to answer but none of the links you posted is what I am experiencing, i dont think you read my post
noone else seems to have experienced what I have
photoshop installs correctly, as does illustrator
after installation, illustrator updates properly, but photoshop gets an error 49, I tried cleaning my pc with adobe registration cleaner and reinstalling, i tried disabling my firewall, did not work
there is no problem with the connection, both programs install correctly and illustrator even updates
