I just checked again my contact information. It is correct with 2 verified e-mail addresses, a correct phone number is listed as well. The last response received was a no reply support e-mail asking if the problem still existed and listing this number 0185706352 from Sujeet,K dated July 21, 2014. There has been no other contact than this message, no phone calls or messages left, not even a e-mail notification as to when to expect or arrange a phone support call. No e-mails providing a walk through of the corrective steps to fix U44M1P34 Error Code. No effort thus far, on Adobe part is recorded other than this non-reply notice dated July 21,2014. Six weeks and I have run out of patience. Weary of the bad guesses that destroy all Adobe Software and all the plug-ins, some of which are mode locked and cannot be reinstalled..
