The Paint Brush filter does not function.  The Keystroke shortcut does not appear in the drop down menu.  My graphics card is: Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000.   I've updated it but it still doesn't work. It looks like this is the only filter that does not function.  Any suggestions on what maybe the problem ?  Thanks!
