I'm having the same problem here on a Win7 install.

I tried to change permissions of the Adobe folder in App Data but it changes permissions back automatically to read only. Even with admin rights I can't force the read/write permissions. Any ideas?

All other programs work fine (Photoshop, Lightroom, Acrobat, Indesign, Illustrator) I just can't get Premiere Pro CC 2014 working, it crashes after the splash screen
