I am replacing my old computer and trying to reinstall Adobe Photoshop CS5. It was an upgrade over CS3 version and the serial number isn't taking.

I have a newer Windows computer trying to reinstall from my disk Photoshop CS5 which was an upgrade on the CS3 version.

The installation process errors when I try to provide the correct serial number from the CS3 box and it still dies when I attempt to use the other serial number provided in my serial number account information.
