Well, the advice from the Customer Care service was to connect to the wired
setup. That opened up another can of worms because the divide I received
from NTT East in Japan for some reason needs to be reconfigured. More time
to wait to see if I can reload the apps from Adobe Creative Cloud. Can you
tell me why the solution might come with a wired setup as oppose to a
wireless setup? Put my mind at ease as I wait for a service person from NTT
to help me out.
