I held down Shift and selected 'Skip' - still the same issue though – hanging on load. It sometimes takes at least 5 minutes for the beach ball to disappear and for my files to open, thats if it opens at all.
At this time I have completed the following with NO success:
- Spoke to adobe chat rep who went through all mentioned above with no success
- uninstalled/reinstall PS CC 2014
- Updated Mac
- Reset PRAM
- held CMD+OPTION+SHIFT when opening PS CC 2014
- held SHIFT when opening PS CC 2014
Would love to get this one figured out. I also attempted to download previous PS CC version but cannot seem to find anywhere or support on how to do it. I've attached a screenshot of my CC app window and you can see there is no option to download previous versions…
