Yes I do and have tried everything over the past 6 months. Earlier versions 9 & 10 both work satisfactorily, in addition please note this was downloaded as an upgrade.
I have uninstalled, restarted the computer and reinstalled the Photoshop Elements 12 program again this morning and below is the result:-
1. Desktop icon (loaded by the installation) when clicked shows -"looking for PhotoshopElements12.exe" or browse yourself box.
2. I then start via the Photoshop Editor by the following steps:- C/:- Adobe/Adobe Photoshop Elements 12/PhotoshopElementsEditor12 and double click,
3. Program loads and opens up Adobe log In site.
4. Log in to Adobe and Photoshop elements 12 program loads.
5. Click on organizer box at bottom left side and "loading organizer" box appears for about 20 seconds or so then disappears.
