For the S/N use instructions in http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/find-serial-number.html#adobeproductdownload. This works as long as you registered Acrobat. The program can be downloaded from your account or http://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-downloads.html. I you succeed, be sure to make a backup of the install file and S/N in case your system crashes in the future. If you have an issue with the number of activations, you will have to talk to support.
