I've jut downloaded transmission and uploaded the file.

Actually, I have no idea what that means. Upload and download are words that have no meaning to me in this situation.

 

But it appears you haven't tried my suggestion above to use different hardware to copy the file to your computer. Different card reader, different USB cable, different USB port, different hard drive, even an entirely different computer.
