As the headline says I've got problems with my CC.

 

I've been using it at work and at home for some time now, It's been working perfectly since I got it but somewhere around 2014 update it stopped working at home. I really have no idea what have happened, and the person who tried to support me via the chat really was at no help at all, and I prefer not doing this over the phone.

 

I'm paying for a product that isn't working as it should at the moment – i hope to get some qualified help this time, thank you!
